cute dress from Forever 21

This was from a year ago... I was looking through my old blog, and I came across it. I still love this dress thing very much! This was from the first time I ever went to Forever 21. It's a little ironic that I wrote a kind of bad review for the grand opening of the new Forever 21 at Los Cerritos Mall. I will copy that post shortly.
